Notes from a Solo Developer

There’s no team stand-up, no Jira board, no manager. Just me and the work.

It’s easy to romanticize solo building, but the truth is more subtle.
It’s about rhythm, not speed. Momentum, not motivation.

When I get stuck, I write notes — short, messy reflections like:

“Today was 90% debugging and 10% breakthrough. Still counts.”
