Notes from a Solo Developer

Dome ceiling

There’s no team stand-up, no Jira board, no manager. Just me and the work.

It’s easy to romanticize solo building, but the truth is more subtle.

It’s about rhythm, not speed. Momentum, not motivation.

When I get stuck, I write notes, short, messy reflections like: “Today was 90% debugging and 10% breakthrough. Still counts.”
